Whats The Best Program To Use To Make Bebo Skins And How?
Well all the Bebo skins are made up from many different images that you have to upload and apply to your page. Bebo will do the rest. so, what your really looking for is what is a good image editing program to cut resize, change resolution, and create images. I use Photoshop and Fireworks for my images (which you have to pay for), but Bebo were kind enough to drop a couple of links at the bottom of the skins page for some free bits that can help you make graphics.

Reply:I use Photfiltre which is free with no trial... make sure not to use Photofiltre Studio with a 30-day trial... but Photofiltre Studio lets you make animated gifs. Use Irfanview for those. Report It
