Does any1 kno how 2 make custom bebo skins???
Below is a link to a great site for making bebo skins. It will show you how to use a program like photoshop to create custom skins step by step and with pictures. You can virtually use any graphic program as long as it does what is outlined in the tutorial. Some of the better skins are made with photoshop since it is a professional product, but any graphics program will do.
