Does anyone know of a website that will let me make skins for bebo.com? I don't mean a program, but an actual website that is like microsoft paint. Does anyone know of any?

There isnt a site you can make one on... sorry :(
You'll just have to either make one on paint somehow or buy a graphics program like everybody else does...
