ok so i started making bebo skins on paint and that. but the problem is i've got a bitmap image, is there any way that i can change that to JPEG or a GIF?? help!

If it's just the standard Paint programme that comes with All PCs then just click - SAVE AS and then in the new window, where it says SAVE AS TYPE - Click on the little arrow and a drop down menu will appear. There you will be able to save it as a jpeg file or an animated GIF.
