Hey, you could use open source software alternatives which is 100% free for use, two good ones are:


1) GIMP http://www.gimp.org


2) Paint.NET http://www.getpaint.net/





Those are free alternatives which will resemble photoshop. You could use other alternatives ($$$) such as Paint Shop Pro by Corel or others. ..

I make my bebo skins by using paint but its not as good as the other skins. Its alright but it wouldn't be that great unless you can make it greart. Its a first time thing.
