you need a good graphics/photo package.


such as photoshop, or photo impact.


and then follow the guidelines on bebo,

Reply:I know exactly how to make bebo skins- on paint. when you go onto upload a bebo skin on bebo and it asks you to upload images you'll see something like 760x375, and then go back onto paint, and go to the top tool bar where it says file, edit, veiw format etc, and click on image, and then go down to something that says Attributes and then type the numbers on the attributes what the bebo page, it might say says and then design what you want, and then save it as an image say you had a picture of a dog and it was dog.jpg save it as dog.jpg and then u'll be able to upload it onto bebo. And do that with all the other skin things aswell.
