What programs can you use to make bebo skins?
Isn't it cruel to skin Bebos if you don't intend to eat them. Aren't they on the endangered species list.





They are just JPG files, so any good graphics program can make them. If money is tight, use GIMP it is free and very good. http://www.gimp.org/windows/
