Note:





Some people recommend against using Paint because you have to get all measures and do each part separately. Also, they complain that you have to put it all together at the end. They find that process messy. Another complaint is that Paint is not natively designed or optimized to work with gif.or jpg files.





Other people claim that you have to download photoshop to make skins. They suggest that using PhotoShop is better because you can work on photos as well.
