How'd you make bebo skins?
I know the bebo skins on sites like Bebo Station were almost all created using Adobe Photoshop. The newest version is CS3 and you can get free 30 day trial of it on the adobe site :)
A Bebo Skin is made using 7 modules. On bebo.com there is a page with the exact sizes and names of the modules. One important tip to keep the file sizes down (bebo has restricted file sizes) is to use the "save for web" function in photoshop.
